e-WorkPlace Platform - The 3DworkPlace platform is a generic add-on on top of multiple collaboration platforms. It can also be used in an on demand model as a one stop intranet, extranet or business relationship framework by enterprises or small to medium size businesses.
On Demand Platform - 3DworkPlace, extranet platform allows you to extend relationships and intelligence beyond your corporate firewall. We provide extensive CRM features using externally hosted workspaces to manage external partner relationships in secure silos on a web-based platform.
3DworkPlace platform supports the following market segments.
- Collaboration Application Licensed Users- These can purchase the solution as an add-on to install on their existing VBCS, SharePoint, Alfresco or LiveLink application to contextualise it.
- Corporate Intranet - Companies looking for a one-stop solution as opposed to CMS, Portal, Document Management and Application Server can use the platform as their single source of truth and social community.
- Corporate Extranet - Large organisations and SME can use the platform to manage external relationships. The platform can be contextualised for any usage scenario. These include Marketing, Project Management, Business Ventures, Research and Development etc. Generic Application templates can be created for any use.
- ISP Extranet - ISP's can deploy the platform as the single interface to manage their diverse user population. For example, Telco's can learn more about what their user community are doing by deploying a contextual version of the platform. This provides their users with a one-stop solution that enables them to manage their business and personal life on single platform.
- SOHO - This package is for individuals or businesses with one or two staff. It can be used as the single document store, application context to manage their business relationships. It could also be used as storage for personal artefacts such as photos, videos and on-line backup facility of documents and emails. This package is measured by storage capacity provided. 10Gigabytes of storage.
- SME - Small to Medium size businesses especially in the developing world can use the platform to coordinate relationship and activities with clients across the world. Significantly for these classes of companies, they can use the software as a service, which means they avoid employing IT staff, purchase equipments and expensive backup and recovery activities. This class of users are the most obvious beneficiaries of this platform. 100 Gigabytes of storage is provided to these classes of users.
- Enterprise - these types of users will require dedicated hosting setup typically provided by a partner ISP. At the time of writing Globix is our partner ISP. They will have the entire suite of applications provided including the capability to extend the generic templates beyond the base configuration and change the look and feel of the application to their internal branding style.
- VMWare(WorkPlace-In-a-Box) - ISP's can take a single cloned version of the Collaborative WorkPlace with a fully configured database using VMWare to host multiple siloed customers on blade servers. We believe this is an exciting market that software and ISP's vendors need to pay attention to.
